Ms Freeman has answered my prayer. I was desperate for help solving my financial issue. She was professional, knowledgeable, and caring as always. She went above and beyond to find a solution for me. I have been with SC Federal Credit Union since 1999 and I have never experienced customer care like they provide at her branch. From this day forward I will drive from West Ashley to Goose Creek to receive the best banking services from the staff at 82 Bridge Town Rd. All of my financial transactions will be handled there. Thank you Ms Jannie Freeman for exceptional customer care!

My experience with South Carolina Federal Credit Union has been exceptional. Everyone within the branch at 82 Bridgetown Rd. Goose Creek SC was not just courteous but showed a level of care for my needs. They were efficient in executing all business transactions and consequently I will shift all of my banking needs to this location.

I have came up here three times to try to start a business account this last time by appointment I had everything I needed to do so I was there 10 minutes early than the time I was supposed to be and then they told me that they could not help me today because someone was there waiting to start a personal account before I was there so what is the point in making appointments I'm a business owner and is very hard to find a time that I can make it here. in three times I have not been able to make an account all three times having all the information I needed but something has come in the way of it being done. Very disappointed

Ms Freeman and Mary Grace Hofstetter of the went out of their way to make refinancing our car a piece of cake. I was in and out in a jeffy. I happy with a local branch then JP MORGAN. Thanks SCFCU.

I last purchased a new vehicle 21 years ago. Although the financial part of the transaction was not onerous, it did take much time. When my 21-year-old vehicle finally succumbed 2 weeks ago, a friend suggested that I finance the vehicle through SCFCU. It was a breeze. The staff with whom I interacted were knowledgeable, personable, and answered all my questions. Even the auto dealership found them to be exceptional. Thank you, SCFCU, for a beautiful, stress-free experience in purchasing my new vehicle. I am grateful.

Mrs. Wright was very exceptional on helping me with my loan and going beyond customer service to help me wit the process, I really appreciate the time and effort that she put in for completing my loan and her politeness she had displayed and for Mr. Marty customer service rep , who recommended me to talk to Ms. Wright about my auto loan.

This specific location has been the most consistent branch I've ever been to! I've banked at BoA, Chase, Wells Fargo and, Navy Federal and nothing compares to the customer service I receive here! No matter the issue every member at this location has risen to the occasion to help me solve it. I will always bring my business here because I have yet to encounter another branch that brings this level of dependability and professionalism. Ms. Freeman leadership at this Branch has been exceptional!

Our banking issue was finally resolved, conditional credit received within 24 hours. But then, SCFCU has always had efficient staff and they treat members like family. Been with them over 20 years and this is the only snag we've had, so their record is fantastic. If you're looking for a bank, check out SCFCU. They will do all the can to take care of you and your funds. .
